INGREDIENTS :
11/2 CUP VERMICELLI
1 BIG SIZE CHOPPED POTATO
1 CHOPPED ONION
1 CHOPPED TOMATO
1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
4-5 CRUSHED GARLIC
1 TSPOON GRATED GINGER
8-10 CURRY PATTA
1/4 TSPOON RAI
1/4 TSPOON JEERA
1 PINCH HING
SALT TO TASTE
1 CHOPPED CAPSICUM
1 TSPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
1/4 TSPOON HALDI POWDER
1/2 TSPOON GARAM MASALA
3 TBSPOON CHOPPED CORIANDER
4 TBSPOON GHEE
PROCESS :
1 .first we heat enough water to boil vermicelli
2 heat another pan add ghee into it
3 when ghee gets hot we add hing, rai or jeera and saute it for 1 minute
4 Now add curry patta,garlic,ginger and saute it for 1 minute
5 add chopped potato mix it well and cook for 1 minute
6 after one minute add onion and mix it
7 add capsicum , green chilli mix it
8 add salt and mix it.cover the lid and cook for about 10 minute till potato get soft
9 water is boiling now we add vermecelli into it.add salt and 1 tspoon ghee / oil and mix it well.
10 boil it on full flame till vermicelli get soft (like noodles )
11 it takes 5-10 minutes, stir it otherwise it stick on bottom or overcook
12 now check vegetables , mix it and again cover the lid and cook it for 4-5 minute
13 check vermicelly ,vermicelli is cooked now switch off the flame and starin it
14 pour chilled water over boiled vermecilly to stop cooking process and keep aside
15 vegetables cooked now we add tomato and mix it well
16 again cover the lid and cook it for about 1-2 minute
17 mix the vegetables now we add boiled vermicelli and all the seasoning ,mix it well
18 add 1 tspoon ghee and again mix it
pulao is ready ,switch off the flame and serve it. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER
