dal paratha ko aap kids ke lunch box mein bhi send kr skti h.
dal paratha ko aap breakfast or lunch dono mein bna skti h, or dal paratha ko aap pickel, sauce ya curd ke sath serve kr skte h.
INGREDIENTS :
1 CUP LEFTOVER DAL
2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
2 TBSPOON CHOPPED CORIANDER
2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
1 TSPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
1 CHOPPED ONION
1 TSPOON KASOORI METHI
1 PINCH HING
1 TSPOON AJWAIN
OIL FOR MOYAN OR ROASTING PARATHA
WATER AS NEEDED
PROCESS :
first take a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well with spoon or hand
make a soft dough ( if need add little bit of water for making dough)
add 2 tspoon oil and again soft the dough using hands
dough is ready , cover it and keep a side for 10 to 15 minute
after 15 minute we start making parathas
for this heat a tawa on gas
take a medium size ball cover it with dry flour and roll it using rolling pin
roll all the parathas
tawa heated noe we add 1 tspoon oil on it and place paratha
after 20 second flip it
spread oil on this side and flip it
spread oil on another side and roast the paratha on both sides by pressing with spatula
flip it a couple of times for proper roasting
roast all the parathas
serve daal paratha with mango pickel or tomato sauce
