today i m sharing a very famous street food receipe called DAHI VADA .
aaj hum ye north indian style mein bnayenge.
aaj mein aapse share krungi ki dahi vada ko soft or spongy kaise bna skte h.
dahi vada ko dahi bhalla ke naam se bhi jante h.
INGREDIENTS :
for vada - 1 cup udad daal ( soked for 4 to 5 hours),
2 chopped green chilli,
1 piece ginger,
salt or
water for grinding
PROCESS :
take a mixture jaar add soked daal, green chilli, ginger or little bit water, grind it into a very fine paste
pour this batter in a big pot , now whisk it for about 4-5 minute till batter bacome fluffy
now add salt and again whisk it
vada batter is ready
heat oil in a kadai on full flame and also heat some water for soaking vadas.we want lukewarm water.
oil heated now reduce the flame on medium high and fry vadas
flip it
fry until they turn golden brown in colour
take out the fried vadas and soked them into lukewarm water
make all the vadas
i make a curd mixture with 2 tbspoon curd or 6 tbspoon water and whisk it
add salt in curd mixture and mix it
now squeeze the vadas so that exess water drains out. and soked them into curd mixture and keep it in a freeze for about 10-15 minute
now serve dahi vadas
for serving we want : sweet curd, green chutny, meethi chutny, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder
place vadas in a plate or deep bowl and pour curd , green chutny, imli ki chutny, salt, red chilli powder or cumin powder
