https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= jai jinendra aaj hum bna rhe h very healthy semiya pulao semiya whole wheat se bni hoti h or hum ese bhut saari vegetables ke sath bnayenge. semiya pulao ko aap kids ke lunch box me bhi daal skti h. ye pulao bnane ke liye bhut km time lgta h jb bhi aapko pulao khane ka mann ho to aap rice ki jagah semiya ka use kre INGREDIENTS : 11/2 CUP VERMICELLI 1 BIG SIZE CHOPPED POTATO 1 CHOPPED ONION 1 CHOPPED TOMATO 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI 4-5 CRUSHED GARLIC 1 TSPOON GRATED GINGER 8-10 CURRY PATTA 1/4 TSPOON RAI 1/4 TSPOON JEERA 1 PINCH HING SALT TO TASTE 1 CHOPPED CAPSICUM 1 TSPOON RED CHILLI POWDER 1/4 TSPOON HALDI POWDER 1/2 TSPOON GARAM MASALA 3 TBSPOON CHOPPED CORIANDER 4 TBSPOON GHEE PROCESS : 1 .first we heat enough water to boil vermicelli 2 heat another pan add ghee into it 3 when ghee gets hot we add hing, rai or jeera and saute it for 1 minute 4 Now add curry patta,garlic,ginger and saute it for 1 minute 5 add chopped potato

mysore masala dosa ka taste bhi bhut acha hota h.
INGRIDIENTS :
DOSA BATTER
OIL
RED CHUTNY
GUN POWDER
FOR RED CHUTNY :
8-10 DRY RED CHILLI
1/2 CUP CHANA DAAL
1 TSPOON OIL
SALT
1 LEMON JUICE
1/2 CHOPPED ONION
8-10 GARLIC KALI
agar aapko meri ye receipe achi lge to plzz meri receipe ko like krna .
PROCESS :
RED CHUTNY :
heat a pan on gas .
when pan heated add 1 tspoon oil into pan
now roast chana daal on low flame till colour changing.
when daal change colour add garlic, onion and red chilli .
saute it on low flame
when all the ingredients roast properly, switch off the flame and cool down.
after cool down transfer it on a blending jaar and add salt or lemon juice.
blend it.
red chutny is ready.
MAKING DOSA PROCESS :
HEAT A DOSA TAWA ON GAS.
WHEN TAWA GETS HOT
pour 2 big spoon batter on tawa and spread it like dosa
it should be little thicK
add 1 tspoon oil on dosa corner
cook dosa on high flame
now add 2 tspoon red chutny on dosa. spread it evenly
if u want u can add gun powder or u can skip
now i add 1 tspoon gun powder on dosa and spread it.
dosa cooked properly.now dosa is ready.
fold it and transfer dosa in a serving dish and serve.
serve this mysore dosa with onion chutny, red chutny or coconut chutny.
