INGREDIENTS : 1 CUP LEFTOVER DAL 2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR 2 TBSPOON CHOPPED CORIANDER 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI 1 TSPOON RED CHILLI POWDER SALT TO TASTE 1 CHOPPED ONION 1 TSPOON KASOORI METHI 1 PINCH HING 1 TSPOON AJWAIN OIL FOR MOYAN OR ROASTING PARATHA WATER AS NEEDED PROCESS : first take a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well with spoon or hand make a soft dough ( if need add little bit of water for making dough) add 2 tspoon oil and again soft the dough using hands dough is ready , cover it and keep a side for 10 to 15 minute after 15 minute we start making parathas for this heat a t...
